1. terms of payment
in case of booking changes / cancellation cost protection

| Until 14 days before arrival | 25% of the arrangement |
| Up to 7 days before arrival / 7 days until the day of arrival | 50% of the arrangement / 100% of the arrangement |
The date of receipt of the written cancellation is decisive. For Saturdays, Sundays and general holidays, the following working day applies. In case of late arrival or early departure, the full invoice amount is owed. No refunds will follow.
It is advisable to take out cancellation insurance.
If the guest is unable to take the booked vacation, he/she can provide a substitute person, no additional costs will be incurred by the guest.
2. Prices
Prices are in Swiss francs and are binding. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payments in Euro will be calculated according to the current exchange rate.
The prices do not include visitor’s tax. These are CHF 4.- for adults and CHF 2.- for children from 6 – 16 years per day.
3. Liability
For damages caused by the guest during the stay, the guest is fully liable. Any damage must be reported to the hotel owner or his representative before departure at the latest.
